Software plays a key role in modern automated systems. Testing the control software is one of final steps development process and when done on physical set up, it creates risks (e.g. project delay, system damage operator injury). In addition, with flexible systems almost impossible to test every possible scenario real system. Using digital model allows testing different configurations before hardware available thus without risk for hardware. A reconfigurable can also help validate new virtually while still operates its current configuration, allowing quick risk-less changeover. Depending level hierarchy, simulations run faster than time. This paper demonstrates use during commissioning at levels. On each level, other requirements need be fulfilled detail needed model.
